These terms cover your purchase and use of digital products from Prompt Cashflow, a service of ADTIVO ("we," "us"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
Our products are digital downloads (lessons, worksheets, checklists, prompt files, and similar materials) delivered electronically through Payhip immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
License — what you may and may not do
Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the materials in your own business. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or give away the products or their files, in whole or in part
- Share your download links or files with anyone else
- Claim the materials as your own work, or offer them as a product of your own
- Pass any resale or private-label rights to a third party — no such rights are included
Each purchase is for one buyer. If you want a copy for a partner or team member, they need their own license.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal through Payhip at checkout. Optional add-on products offered at checkout are charged together with your main purchase when you accept them.
Refunds
Because our products are delivered instantly as downloads, all sales are final. That said, if you have any technical problem accessing or downloading your files, contact us and we will make it right.
No earnings guarantee
Our products teach skills and systems for working with AI tools. Results depend on your effort, experience, and business. We make no guarantee of income, sales, or any particular result, and nothing on this site is business, legal, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use AI tools and the content you create with them, including following the terms of any AI service you use and the laws that apply to your business.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to purchases made after it appears. Product contents may be improved or updated, and updated files will be made available to buyers where practical.
